This course equips managers, supervisors, appointed OHS representatives and employees with a working understanding of the legal framework that governs occupational health and safety in South Africa, covering the Constitution and legal liability principles, the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85 of 1993, the OHS Regulations and SANS Standards, and evidence of compliance documentation.
